It should be taken into account that sometimes such dishes are only harmful to health.

As the doctor explained, patients with gluten intolerance should not eat porridge for breakfast. It is found in some cereals, such as wheat and barley, and can also be found in oatmeal.

Gluten is harmful if you have an allergy or hypersensitivity to this protein.

It is also better to avoid milk porridges if they cause discomfort, such as bloating, pain or rashes.

If you are obese, you should also avoid porridge in the morning.

It is better to choose protein products for breakfast along with complex carbohydrates.
