In the summer, many people break their usual daily routine, disrupt it, and also allow for some relaxation in their diets.
But in the fall, when you need to start supporting your body so that it is more resistant to temperature changes, you need to remember some rules.
Specialist Natalia Gridina spoke in more detail with representatives of the Izvestia publication.
She noted that the diet should be balanced and varied. It is necessary to include more vegetables and fruits.
It is necessary to maintain the protein norm so as not to overeat during cold weather, when the body requires more food. Therefore, it is necessary to add meat, poultry or fish to the menu, as well as dairy products and legumes.
As nutritionist Veronika Gusakova added, you should have breakfast, lunch and dinner at specific times. You can allow snacks, but not more than twice a day.
It is important to reduce the amount of sweets or replace them with a healthier alternative.
It is important to remember that the amount of dessert should not exceed 10 percent of the daily calorie intake.
