But you shouldn’t skip a snack if your body requires energy.

It is only important to choose the right products for this.

Nutritionist Kirill Strelnikov spoke about this in more detail in a conversation with representatives of the publication “ Moscow Region Today ”.

He noted that preference should be given to dietary products that are also capable of saturating the body. For example, this could be a salad of greens, cucumber and apple, but seasoned with natural yogurt without sweet additives.

Nuts are also good for snacking. But it is important to eat no more than 50 grams per day, as such products are high in calories.

Strelnikov recommended giving preference to roasted cashews and unsalted peanuts.
