Don't forget about physical activity. You can start with something simple, for example, giving up the elevator and using only the stairs.
There is a 6/60 rule. This means standing or moving for six minutes every 60 minutes to compensate for the slowdown in metabolism.
If possible, consider ankle weights to improve circulation and promote weight loss.
