First of all, as the specialist noted, it is necessary to maintain a balance between the number of calories consumed and expended.

The second principle is a varied menu. After all, it is not enough to count calories, you also need to ensure that the menu is varied, so that the body receives as many vitamins and minerals from food as possible. It is very important to eat at least 400 g of berries, vegetables and fruits every day.

Easily digestible carbohydrates should be reduced. This includes sweets, baked goods, soda, etc. Sausages, marinades, pickles, smoked meats, and hard cheeses are also of no use.

The last rule is that you need to follow a diet. There should be three main meals. Light snacks are allowed. You can have dinner no later than 4 hours before bedtime.
