Therefore, experts have explained what specific reasons lead to weight gain.
First of all, they identified the obvious reasons. These include lack of exercise, cravings for beer and sweets, and a diet rich in fatty and fried foods.
But these are not all the mistakes that a person makes.
Nutritionist Liza Afinskaya spoke about this in more detail on her Telegram channel.
According to her, if you want to have a thin waist, you shouldn’t overdo it with fruits in your menu.
This recommendation is due to the fact that such products usually contain a lot of fructose, which causes bloating.
The largest amount of free fructose is found in apples, grapes, persimmons, cherries, pears, and pomegranates. Therefore, you should not overdo it with such fruits.
But a balanced amount of fructose that does not cause bloating is found in tangerines, kiwis, cherries, blueberries, oranges, avocados, and bananas.
It is important to remember that you should not eat too much fruit at once. It is better to spread a large portion over the entire day.
Nutritionist Zukhra Pavlova added in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta that one should not overdo it on porridge. A small portion is acceptable (up to 5 spoons), but only if there is a protein supplement.
