There may be only one problem: as soon as the product is ready, it is gobbled up by the eaters. There are serious disputes over the right to gobble up the last bun.
The recipe for onion buns with airy dough was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
According to her, fried golden onions can add a special piquancy and excellent taste to baked goods.
We will need the following products:
– premium wheat flour (half a kilo);
– a glass of warm water;
– a tablespoon of granulated sugar;
– a packet of fresh yeast;
– a teaspoon of salt;
- a large head of onion;
– sunflower oil (50 ml).
Peel the onion, chop into small cubes, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Combine warm water with yeast and sugar. The mixture should sit for about 10 minutes.
While it is infusing, sift the flour, add salt, and combine with the yeast mixture.
The dough needs to be thoroughly mixed – it should be a homogeneous mass. After that, add the onion we fried.
We also add vegetable oil to the dough. Leave it like this for an hour.
Next step: divide the dough into equal parts, form into balls, and flatten slightly.
Now you can place the product on a pre-prepared baking sheet.
We put the last one in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. For half an hour.
