The appetizer is extremely easy to prepare, very aromatic and tender.
In addition, the snack can be stored, which is a great option in case of unexpected guests.
You will need: half a kilo of salted lard, two cloves of garlic, a bunch of dill, black pepper.
We cut off the skin from the lard, clean it from salt, and cut it into pieces.
We put the lard through a meat grinder, the garlic through a press, and finely chop the dill.
Add garlic, dill and black pepper to the lard and mix thoroughly.
It is important not to overdo it with pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon is enough for half a kilo of lard.
Place the lard on cling film and roll it into a roll. For convenience, you can place a reed stand for dishes or a sushi mat under the film.
Place the resulting roll in the freezer; when it’s chilled, it will be easy to cut into portions.
You can also put the snack in a jar and put it in the refrigerator.
