How to make dough that is suitable for any baked goods – both sweet and not: soft and tender, like fluff

Even the most sophisticated cooks would be interested to know about the recipe for tender and fluffy yeast dough, which is suitable for any baking, be it sweet or salty.

Instructions for preparing such dough were shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

For this you will need the following ingredients:

  • Milk – 130 ml;
  • Sugar – 30 g;
  • Dry yeast – 4 g;
  • Yolks – 2 pcs.;
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • Flour – 230-250 g;
  • Butter (softened) – 40 g.

Pour warm milk into a bowl, add softened butter and dissolve sugar and salt there. Then add yeast and mix everything well with a whisk.

Cover the bowl with a thin towel and let the yeast work for 30 minutes.

After the specified period of time, mix the milk with the yeast again and add the yolks. If you are making sweet pastries, you can add vanillin for flavor. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Now it's time for the flour. It should be sifted first to make the baked goods more airy. It's better to add flour in parts to control the consistency of the dough.

As a result, you should have a soft, elastic and non-sticky dough.
