How to Make Lean Dough with Mineral Water: The Basis for Perfect Baking

This dough can be prepared very easily, and most importantly, it is suitable for dishes that need to be baked or fried in a frying pan. This base turns out fluffy and appetizing.

Ingredients

  • flour - 500 g;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • yeast - 10 g;
  • sugar - 25 g;
  • salt - 1/2 tsp;
  • carbonated mineral water - 300 ml.

Cooking process

First, you need to pour mineral water into a large bowl, then add sugar and yeast.

Then you can pour oil into the dough. After that, you need to gradually mix in the flour.

If necessary, the amount of this ingredient can be increased.

Lastly, you should stir in a little salt.

The dough must be mixed well and left at room temperature for at least half an hour. Once the dough has risen, you can move on to the next stage of cooking.
