Pancakes are not the healthiest dish. Healthy eating advocates have a lot to say about gluten and the dangers of fried food.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to bake pancakes from green buckwheat.
1. Mix dry ingredients except baking soda in a deep bowl.
2. In a separate container, beat the egg, pour in the milk, add the banana and beat everything with a blender.
3. Mix, add the dry mixture, stir and add soda slaked with vinegar to the finished dough.
The consistency of the dough should be similar to not very thick sour cream.
Bake the pancakes over medium heat in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with natural yoghurt. Enjoy your meal!
