The bulbs should be cleaned. Their base and tops should be cut off. Using a knife or spoon, it is necessary to get the inside of the vegetable in such a way that only the walls remain. They should not be too thin. The optimal width is 1.5 cm.
Such preparations should be put in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. At this time, you need to prepare the filling. To do this, the mince should be mixed with herbs, pieces of softened butter and spices.
