An oversalted dish is a common problem that can be found in every kitchen.
Fortunately, if excess salt ends up in your soup, it can be easily removed.
A piece of the most ordinary bread will help you with this – you must admit, a slice of “brick” or “hearth” bread can be found in any bread bin.
All you need to do is place the slice in a pan with the first course and wait a little.
By the way, this same trick will be useful if the soup, borscht or cabbage soup turns out too fatty.
Just like in the previous case, a piece of black bread must be thrown into the pan with the prepared first course.
Don't forget to remove the wheat product after a few minutes.
The bread will absorb any excess salt or fat, and you will be able to truly enjoy the taste of a light and balanced soup.
