How to salt red fish yourself: you can’t buy it in the store

Instead of buying lightly salted fish, try salting it in your own kitchen.

Moreover, you have at your disposal a simple and quick recipe, thanks to which you can turn even pink salmon into a delicacy.

To prepare the brine, you will need to take a glass of boiled cooled water and dissolve salt and sugar in it.

It is worth taking equal amounts of dry ingredients - one tablespoon each. If the fish is too big, make sure to prepare 2 cups of brine.

After this, prepare the fish - it should be cleaned, skinned and boned. You can use ready-made fillets.

Place the fish in a container and cover with brine.

After two hours, drain the liquid, sprinkle the fish with coriander and drizzle with a small amount of vegetable oil.

The final step is onion. A couple of onions need to be cut into half rings and sprinkled over the fish fillet. After a little while, when the fish is soaked in onion, it can be safely served.
