Any parent raising a boy wants his son to grow up to be a courageous, successful and self-confident person.
However, sometimes young representatives of the stronger half of humanity become withdrawn, complexed and seriously dependent on mom and dad.
And often this happens due to the fault of the parents themselves.
So, what mistakes should you avoid when raising a boy?
Some parents forbid their sons to cry. Usually, this condition is set by fathers who believe that "a man should not shed tears."
But this approach is very dangerous: the child must have the right to express emotions. Otherwise, he will become secretive. In addition, the boy may develop complexes.
There is no need to divide activities into “boys’” and “girls’”.
The boy wanted to take up cutting and sewing? Don't stop him. Perhaps he will find his life's work.
A boy is unlikely to grow up to be a responsible, independent and self-confident man if he is deprived of the right to choose from early childhood.
Don't choose anything for your son. At least ask your child's opinion first.
And don’t do things for your child that he can probably handle on his own.
