Psychological complexes are often formed in childhood.
And often the fault lies with the child’s parents, who make serious mistakes in their upbringing.
Sometimes one phrase is enough to make a child feel unnecessary and “wrong.”
So, what words create a feeling of inferiority in a child?
This phrase makes the child feel guilty. And the child does not deserve it.
Never say such words to your son or daughter, even if you think that the child is really putting you in an awkward position in front of other people.
This is a very dangerous threat that a child may take very seriously.
Perhaps the baby will come to the conclusion that his own parents don’t need him.
Don't make your child a klutz. Yes, the baby can't do many things. And that's okay.
Knowledge and skills appear gradually. It is better to help your child acquire them, and not criticize or ridicule your son/daughter.
There is no point in telling your child what a good student you were at his age.
Also, you shouldn’t cite other children (who are more successful, in your opinion) as an example.
Such comparisons are unlikely to motivate a child, but they can make him feel inferior.
At first glance, there is nothing wrong with such sweet treatment.
In fact, a child who is often called “Sunshine” or “Bunny” and rarely called by name may stop perceiving himself as an individual.
