In an interview with Vechernyaya Moskva, nutritionist and dietitian Irina Pisareva spoke about who benefits from eating tangerines and whether they can cause harm to health.

In addition to their bright and rich taste, tangerines contain a lot of useful substances.

Because tangerine contains a lot of sugar, it can be harmful to patients with diabetes.

Norm

As for the daily norm, it is recommended to consume no more than 5-6 fruits per day.
