Therefore, you shouldn’t eat it every day either.

Why not?

Herring cannot be included in the daily diet only because of the salt content. And if you have hypertension, it can actually be harmful.

Especially if it is not home-salted fish, but the one sold in the store. Often it is oversalted.

How often can you eat herring

According to the nutritionist, there will be no harm if herring is present in the diet once or twice a week.

It is also recommended to consume it in the first half of the day.

And if you buy fresh frozen herring, it will bring even more benefits.
