What to eat to strengthen your immune system?

1. Vegetable oil, but not just olive oil. All types of these products are rich in vitamin E.

It is recommended to consume 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (not heat treated) per day.

5. Natural honey contains folic acid, flavonoids and other vitamins necessary for the body.

6. Be sure to include fermented milk products in your diet, which contain bifidobacteria, which are beneficial for proper bowel function.

7. Walnuts and cashews are recommended to be consumed daily. They are a source of magnesium, potassium, and Omega-3.

The specialist also advises eating fresh vegetables and fruits of different colors. They are all useful in their own way and differ in the composition of microelements.
