The first “exercise” is sufficient sleep. Do not neglect it. 6-8 hours of healthy sound sleep is what will reduce muscle pain after training and will promote their rapid recovery.

The second “exercise” is proper nutrition. Do not neglect meals. Eat enough protein to recover as quickly as possible and again reduce inflammation. Remove fast carbohydrates from the diet, sweets to the maximum. Let sweets not exceed 10-15% of the daily food intake.
