The doctor noted that the feeling of loneliness is disturbing because people remember those with whom they cannot meet during the holidays.

In addition, the feeling of isolation of single people increases when everyone around them is planning family gatherings and large celebrations.

To do this, you need to acknowledge the problem and allow it to manifest itself.

But at the same time, you need to clearly identify the reason for your sadness.

It wouldn't hurt to talk to yourself and remind yourself that it's normal to grieve.

At the same time, you shouldn’t compare yourself with anyone or watch what’s happening on social networks.

If you are bothered by anger and irritation during the holidays, you should discuss this problem with others to remove negative emotions. You can write down your grievances on paper, but you don’t have to send such a letter.

Chaudhary also added that one should not blame oneself for being in a bad mood during the New Year holidays. It is better to devote time to rest.
