First of all, as the doctor noted, physical activity is important. Any physical activity is beneficial. Exercises stimulate the production of endorphins, which affect the emotional state, normalize sleep, and reduce the production of stress hormones.

Even regular walks in the fresh air will help.

In addition, you need to get enough sleep. Sleep deficiency makes a person less resistant to stress. It is better to always go to bed at the same time. You should not go to bed with a full stomach or on an empty stomach. Dinner should be light and a few hours before bedtime.

Art therapy will also be beneficial. You can devote more time to your favorite hobbies, for example, collecting, traveling, and so on.

Dorofeeva emphasized that communication with pets will also have a positive effect on the condition.
