Animal fats are also dangerous for brain function. However, the doctor noted that they should be in the diet, since, for example, liver or butter contain important elements for the body.

We are talking about hormones that improve mood, appetite, sleep and memory.

But in large quantities such food will be dangerous for the reason that it provokes deposition of cholesterol plaques. As a result - stroke and other problems.

Demyanovskaya also highlighted the harm from sushi. Although fish and seafood are healthy products, when combined with rice they begin to cause harm.

As the specialist noted during the interview, polished rice contains an insignificant amount of vitamin B1 compared to unpolished rice, but it is also destroyed by the enzyme thiaminase, which is found in raw fish.

Therefore, fans of this cuisine should include in their diet those products that are rich in vitamin B1. Usually these are cheese, milk, nuts, dried fruits or pork. But they are useful only in limited quantities.
