Nutritionist Olga Tonkova-Kuznetsova noted that WHO specialists recommend eating 5 servings of vegetables or fruits per day.

Okroshka is 80% vegetables, so a plate of okroshka for lunch allows you to get part of the specified norm, reports Prime .

The nutritionist noted that an important part of okroshka is greens. They are rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, antioxidants and minerals. In addition, greens have a piquant taste, which allows you to reduce the amount of salt.
