Experts ultimately stated that people who eat up to 30 grams of nuts daily are less likely to experience heart problems.

They suffer from heart disease by 23 percent less, and their risk of death is reduced by 19 percent.

Scientists have recommended paying attention to pistachios, almonds and walnuts. These products reduce cholesterol levels.

However, you shouldn’t overdo it with nuts, they are too high in calories.
