Firstly, lard can only be consumed in strictly limited quantities.
You can eat no more than 50 grams of lard in one meal.
Secondly, eating lard should be a separate meal. It is not recommended to eat other foods 4 hours before and after eating lard.
Thirdly, it is better to give preference to salted lard rather than smoked, boiled or fried.
Heat treatment changes the biochemical structure of fats, and such lard will have little benefit.
