The specialist identified the main mistakes that beginners make when doing fitness.

He called the most important and biggest mistake that not everyone goes to the doctor for a consultation before buying a subscription. This is especially important for people with chronic diseases. Babenko-Kudryavtsev emphasized that training should be built individually if there are any health problems.

The trainer also said that there will be no quick and good results if you do not consult with professionals who help you draw up not only a schedule of classes in the gym, but also a proper diet and so on.

Combining training with bad habits is another serious mistake of those who start exercising. Alcohol abuse or smoking have a negative impact on health, interfere with the process of losing weight, and make a person less resilient.

Ignoring the warm-up and cool-down is also considered a big mistake for beginners.

An incorrect training schedule and lack of rest will also negatively affect the results.
Babenko-Kudryavtsev noted during a conversation with journalists that one should not get carried away with special sports nutrition and drugs. One should simply eat right.

The trainer noted that the main mistakes also include the fact that a person expects instant results, is in a hurry, and neglects health. Therefore, it is important to be patient, not just to follow the recommendations of specialists, but also to gradually come to the body of your dreams and a healthy body.
