Many people love persimmons. It is especially pleasant to enjoy them in the fall, when a number of other berry gifts of the earth become unavailable.

Among other things, persimmon is rich in substances beneficial for the body and contains vitamins.

This berry also provides protection against the early appearance of wrinkles and minimizes the likelihood of cardiovascular diseases.

But there is one fly in the ointment. Persimmon can be harmful if you eat too much of it.

Experts say that for healthy adults, as well as for pregnant women, the daily “ceiling” for persimmon is 150-200 grams, that is, no more than one berry.

This product is contraindicated for children under 3 years old. After 3 years – no more than a teaspoon per day.
