However, milk with the lowest fat content and reduced calorie content does play an important role in terms of health benefits.

According to experts, dairy products contain the optimal composition of fats for humans, including fatty acids.

The latter are necessary to maintain the health of the heart and blood vessels.

According to numerous studies by scientists, milk consumption reduces the risk of death from coronary heart disease, stroke and colon cancer.

However, there is no evidence yet that milk increases the development of any disease other than prostate cancer.

But it is worth remembering that at the same time milk is not recommended for people with lactose intolerance.

They are advised to pay attention to fermented milk products.
