Surely many of us have faced the problem of insomnia.
The worst thing about this is that in the morning, without getting enough sleep, you feel broken, tired, in some kind of painful state.
There are three simple ways that will help you quickly deal with the problem.
The first method involves something like contemplation. Once in bed, we find something small and just look at it.
For example, a pattern on the wallpaper or a shadow on the wall. Try not to think about anything.
After some time, the eyelids will begin to close by themselves. But this is not enough to fall asleep. Therefore, you need to continue looking at the selected object.
Eventually, such a sleepy state will accumulate that you won’t even notice how you fall asleep.
The second method can be done even with your eyes closed. Try to follow how you breathe.
Feel yourself inhaling slowly and exhaling just as slowly.
Feel how the air enters through the nose into the lungs and how it comes out – already warmer – back.
Feel how your chest smoothly narrows and expands, how your inhalation is replaced by an exhalation. You will soon “fall” into sleep.
The third option: Close your eyes and imagine complete emptiness, something like an endless black screen.
After some time, different images will appear against its background, you just follow them with your eyes, observe them from the side.
In a few minutes, this method, which is, by the way, part of meditation, will send you to sleep.
