The atmosphere in a team is very important, but sometimes it is not possible to establish communication quickly enough.

- Consider whether there is a reason for the hostility. Perhaps you said something unpleasant to your colleague or they misunderstood your remark.
- Determine the distance in the relationship. Perhaps you could have violated the boundaries.
- Look for like-minded people. Common interests unite people.
- Tell your colleagues why you appreciate them. Also, don't "be friends against" someone.
- Discussion with the management. This is the last resort when there is nothing else left.
