How to choose delicious sour cream
Please rely on the following criteria.
- Natural product. The composition must indicate natural cream and sourdough. If the sour cream indicates the presence of a milk fat substitute, then it is not sour cream.
- Consistency. It should be dense, without grains.
- Fat content. This indicator fluctuates from 10% and higher. There is no such thing as low-fat sour cream. The most common fat content is 15 and 20%.
- Fermented milk product. The presence of a light but not sharp sourness is welcome.
