It is difficult for a wise buyer to sell a low-quality product.

In the summer heat, juices sell out very quickly in stores.

But a knowledgeable buyer never grabs the first package that comes his way. He pays attention to several nuances that help him choose a quality drink.

The juice producer is obliged to comply with technical regulations, which, among other things, require special marking. For example, if the packaging says "100% juice", then it should actually contain exactly this drink.

When the proportion of natural juice is reduced to 20-50%, then we are talking about nectar. If it is no more than 15-20%, then it is fruit drink.

In addition, store-bought juices can be divided into 2 types: reconstituted and direct-squeezed. In the first case, the drink is made from canned food concentrates. The second option contains healthier components, so of the two options, it is better to choose direct-squeezed juice.

Special attention should be paid to the packaging. It is necessary to make sure that there are no cracks, dents or other defects.

Proper storage also affects the quality of juice. For example, if the drink is on shelves that are exposed to sunlight for a long time, this significantly reduces the shelf life.
