The perfect result is achieved with just one action.
After harvesting, summer residents face another important task.
It is necessary to properly organize the storage of vegetables in order to be able to use them until the next harvest.
An example of this is garlic. It is in demand in cooking and helps with colds. Therefore, far-sighted housewives always keep a couple of dozen heads in stock.
Garlic is subject to rotting. Otherwise, the cloves can dry out and turn into dust. In the first and second situations, there is no benefit from such a harvest - only wasted energy.
To avoid this result, it is worth using a simple trick. For this, you will need regular flour. It effectively absorbs excess moisture.
The trick is simple: roll the garlic in flour, sprinkle the product on the bottom of any container, and then place the vegetables there.
Once the garlic is laid out, you need to sprinkle a little more flour on top, and then close the container with a lid. Thanks to this, the garlic will remain fresh until next summer.
