Washing machines are in every home. This equipment has its advantages, but sometimes the washing process can be frustrating.
The machine jumps and vibrates while working, even if the floor is level.
To stop this, you need to identify the reasons for this behavior of the device and eliminate them.
Some of them may be obvious, while others may require some searching.
The most common reasons are:
• Transport bolts. They fasten all the parts of the equipment to the body. Therefore, they should be removed after purchase, otherwise the washing machine will jump and vibrate, then the mechanisms will move freely during the spin cycle.
• Uneven and slippery floor. Place the washing machine only on a level and non-slip floor. If necessary, purchase special pads or rubber mats.
• Overloading the drum with items and their uneven distribution also affect the washing process. If the laundry has accumulated in one place, turn off the machine and distribute the contents evenly.
• Wear of shock absorbers and springs in the mechanism. If this has caused poor operation of the equipment, these parts should be replaced.
• Foreign object in the drum. Various pins and metal parts also lead to an imbalance in the machine.
You can find and eliminate the reasons for the poor operation of the device yourself, but it is better to invite a specialist. You can clean the drum from unnecessary objects and clean the filter from debris yourself. If the problem still remains, then you will need the help of a specialist.
Eliminate vibration.
• First, turn off the machine, drain excess water and unplug it. Open the door and take out half of the items. Then you can turn on the same washing mode, but set a less intensive spin mode.
• Before washing, check the stability of the device. When installing, use a level and check whether the machine is level.
• If the cause of the machine’s vibration cannot be determined, contact a specialist who can solve the problem.
