The current September weekend in Belarus started with the news that there are still bans and restrictions on visiting forests in the country.
Moreover, they are relevant for the entire republic. Thus, in 51 districts it is completely forbidden to go into the forest, in the rest - hiking is limited.
This situation is outlined on the interactive map of the Ministry of Forestry.
Nowadays it only has yellow and red colours – restrictions and prohibitions.
But since the situation can change during the day, the map will display the corresponding adjustments in real time.
As for restrictions, the territories of Brest and Grodno regions are currently “yellow”.
Almost the entire Mogilev region is “red”, meaning that going into the forests is completely prohibited there.
The only exception in this region is the Mogilev region – it is still “yellow”, meaning that restrictions are in effect here.
By the way. Forecasters have declared a red alert for the period from September 20 to 22 in the Gomel and Mogilev regions.
During the specified period, the fifth class of fire hazard is in effect there.
