Actress Sofia Kashtanova gave an interview in which she told what helps her stay so slim.
The actress said that she “believes in healthy food,” reports Lady Mail.ru.
The star of the TV series "Psychologists" and "Policeman from Rublyovka" developed the habit of eating right out of necessity: due to a thyroid disease, she had to adhere to a certain diet.
The disease went away, but Sofia did not change her diet.
She gave up products containing gluten, pork and corn. Kashtanova also does not eat sugar and fast food.
At the same time, the actress insists that she is a living person, and like everyone else, she can break down and violate all prohibitions.
"The most important thing is to understand your diet and understand which products are harmful and why. And also always think about what can be corrected in your body, made better," Sofia is convinced.
The actress teaches this to her children, of whom, by the way, she has two. Kashtanova is used to always explaining to her son and daughter the benefits or harm of certain products.
