Daniel Scali from Australia could very well be a contender for the title of the most resilient man on the planet.
For almost ten hours, the man performed a static, but very difficult physical exercise.
We are talking about the plank, in which most people can stand for only 1-2 minutes, and some - only 15-20 seconds.
How Daniel Scali Set a Record
The man got into a position reminiscent of the starting position of a push-up.
The young Australian remained in this position for 9 hours, 30 minutes and 1 second. The result was a record.
Of course, performing the plank for a long time was not easy for Scali: at the end it was clear that the man was very tired.
Despite being static, the plank is a challenging exercise as it involves a lot of muscle tension. This fact makes Daniel Scali's achievement even more significant.
The Australian fitness enthusiast can safely be awarded the following title: "The fittest man in the world."
By the way, the plank record is not Scali's only achievement.
Last summer, the young man set a record for the number of push-ups in 1 hour: 3249. This success of the Australian is mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records.
