Secondly, it is necessary to evaluate the physiological characteristics of the dog, its temperament, needs, age, gender, and health status.

The expert advises paying attention to how the manufacturer describes the composition of the product.
He calls good food the one that does not list meat by-products, but “heart, liver, tripe,” etc.
Golubev also reminded that the ingredients are listed in descending order of their share in the composition, and the last ones listed are those whose share in the total mass does not exceed 0.1%.
There must be animal proteins, fiber, fats, vitamins and minerals.
The dog trainer advises avoiding products that contain a lot of flavorings, colorings and preservatives - they do not have nutritional value.
