When choosing a dog breed, beginners should be the first to be careful.

The main thing is to study the animal's temperament, habits, lifestyle and ability to socialize the pet, as well as its ability to be trained.

Inappropriate breeds

1. Breeds such as Huskies and Jack Russell Terriers are not suitable for beginners. They require daily active training and walks. An expert is required for training.

2. Also not suitable are Tibetan Mastiff or Caucasian Shepherd. They are reliable guards, but their training requires experience, they need to be treated seriously and with all the attention, as with other guard dogs.

Moreover, keeping such a dog in a city apartment will be problematic.

3. Another bad option is the Afghan hound. The pet needs special care for its fur.

Beginners will have to learn how to pluck the fur. Without this, the fur will be damaged and the dog may get sick.

Earlier we talked about the smallest dogs in the world.
