It cannot be assumed that dogs are walked outside solely to prevent them from making a mess in the apartment, but to do all their business outside.

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

French Bulldog
It differs little in this regard from the previous breed. They say that the dog is simply created for living in a city apartment.
These dogs also do not tolerate heat well, so walking time must be planned with special care.
All other pets can also be trained to use a litter box, especially miniature dogs such as Yorkies, Spitz or miniature dachshunds, as well as any other dog weighing no more than 10 kg.
But the three dogs mentioned above cannot do without walks.
