Almost every owner dreams of his dog becoming obedient.
To achieve the desired result, the pet owner must conduct appropriate training with the pet.
But sometimes it happens that the dog does not follow certain commands.
It should be emphasized right away: your four-legged friend is unlikely to behave this way “out of spite.” There is probably a good reason.
Which one? Below are five possible explanations.
Bad training
It is possible that the dog simply did not have time to learn the command.
The owner must understand that the dog needs to be trained for a long time; a couple of repetitions are unlikely to be enough to immediately see results.
Incorrect command delivery
Perhaps the pet owner is speaking commands too quietly or unclearly.
It is possible that the person changed the word. If before he said "Ugh!" and now he says "No!", the dog may get confused.
The same thing can happen if several commands are spoken at once.
Health problems
Perhaps the dog cannot perform a particular command due to poor health.
If there is such a suspicion, the pet should be taken to the veterinarian.
Problems with motivation
The dog needs to be rewarded for the command performed. And it is desirable to use tasty food.
But if the owner does not praise the dog or give him his usual food, then the four-legged friend may stop being obedient.
The pet has bad memories
Commands should never be followed by punishment.
Violation of the recommendation will lead to the fact that one or another word of the owner will begin to be associated with negativity in the dog.
