If you start eating something, the central nervous system will “decide” that you are safe.

Your heart rate and blood pressure will likely return to normal or at least begin to approach normal levels.

The desired result will be achieved quite quickly. The excitement will disappear, the person will become calm and cool.

The most interesting thing is that you don't have to eat food at all. You can limit yourself to chewing gum.
