Charismatic people are able to leave a lasting impression after the first meeting.
It is believed that this feature is a gift of nature and it is not given to develop it through any courses and spiritual practices. But if nature did not endow you with this gift, then why not try to develop it yourself, and what if it works?
There are several exercises that develop such qualities.
Charisma, what is it?
A charismatic person is, first of all, a confident and energetic person who does not particularly care (in a good sense) about the opinions of others.
He is able to understand others, empathize, has a broad outlook and a developed sense of humor, reasons and expresses his thoughts sensibly and is generally an erudite person.
What does it take to become like this?
Here are some exercises.
1. Standing in front of the mirror, say hello, start telling something, sharing your impressions, and so on.
Imagine that there is a large audience in front of you, maintain good posture, speak easily.
Then review the material you've covered, recording yourself on video, and correct any mistakes you made.
2. Choose a day when you can easily monitor what words you say and when.
Perhaps the speech has long been overgrown with templates, slang, officialese - in a word, cliches. This will not hook anyone.
Also, explore topics that might interest your interlocutors.
3. When communicating with people, show genuine interest in what they tell you. This will help you give good advice in time.
The quality is called empathy. It will come in handy even if you fail to develop charisma.
The most important thing is not to try to jump above your head in public, but also not to be overly tense if you are not allowed to say a single word.
