The upper house of the Belarusian parliament has approved a bill that provides for changes to the law on pension provision for military personnel, rank-and-file and commanding officers of internal affairs agencies, emergency response agencies and units, financial investigation agencies, the Investigative Committee and the State Forensic Expertise.
