Why you shouldn't propose or plan a second date on the first date

The first date is a very important event for a man and a woman who feel sympathy for each other.

A properly organized meeting can contribute to the creation of a very strong couple.

But mistakes cannot be ruled out that can destroy relationships that have not yet really had time to develop.

Perhaps one of the most common mistakes is trying to immediately propose and plan a second date.

Why You Shouldn't Propose a Second Date on the First Date

A seemingly harmless question is very dangerous. If, of course, it was asked during the first date.

The point is that the questioner puts his interlocutor in an awkward position.

But what if your potential other half hasn't made a decision yet? It's not nice to refuse, and neither is asking for time to think about it.

So, most likely, the answer will be: "Yes." Insincere and forced. And then, perhaps, it will turn out that it is also untrue.

So, don't force your potential partner to make a choice on the first date. Don't mention a possible second meeting at all. Give them time to think. Start discussing a second date only some time after the first one.

This way you won’t “scare away” your potential other half.

This rule must be followed by both men and women.

For reference

Dating is a form of social interaction, part of the institution of courtship, the purpose of which is to evaluate each other for suitability as a partner.
