Interesting studies on marital infidelity have shown that it is men who most often have affairs on the side – approximately twice as often as women.
Not all of them are trying to escape family problems in this way. Some said that they are driven to cheating by love.
A survey conducted in Russia showed that men cheat on their wives twice as often, Lady Mail.ru reports, citing the publication SuperJob.
At the same time, it was possible to find out the main reasons for the windy behavior.

It turned out that every ninth respondent in a family relationship had once cheated on their other half.
The share of male cheaters is 14%, while the share of female cheaters is only 7%.
Reasons for Cheating
Those who have taken the path of infidelity explain their behavior with the following cut.
The main reason (14%) is family problems. But this reason was more often mentioned by women.
The second place in the ranking (12%) belongs to the desire to experience new sensations.
The third position is love or physiological needs (9%).
The overwhelming majority of respondents (76%) believe that the price of betrayal is the end of the relationship.
It is curious that men are more categorical in this matter. It is the strong half of humanity that insists on divorce after adultery.
