Breaking up is always painful and unpleasant, but fortunately, there are ways to help ease the unpleasant feelings of a breakup.
Take the box
The box is needed to collect all the things that remind you of your ex-partner – gifts (including expensive ones), souvenirs, photographs, etc. Why do you need to put them away? These things are powerful emotional anchors that will only stir up your emotional wounds.
Clean your computer
The same should be done on a computer or smartphone - save all the photos in one folder, then move it to a disk, and the disk - to the box with previously collected things. Photos should be deleted from the devices you use.
Get rid of the memories
You can throw things away, but this is not the best option, since your separation may be temporary, or there may be valuable things in the box. Instead, take these items, for example, to the country, or ask friends to "shelter" them, so that in a couple of months (or years) you can sort them out with a happy smile.
Edit your profile
Don't forget to clean up your social networks, deleting any reminders of what happened. But don't leave posts on your profile hoping that your ex will read them - step over everything that happened and move on with your head held high.
