How to proceed

The beneficial properties of banana have long made it a cult among gardeners and florists.

Most often, nutritious fertilizers are prepared on the basis of banana peels.

Sometimes the peel is dried, crushed, and then added to the soil, or the remaining organic matter is simply sent to compost.

It turns out that you can root rose cuttings with the help of banana.

To do this, you will need a deep container with drainage holes, with soil poured into the bottom.

The banana is cut into pieces in such a way that a stalk can be inserted into each piece, deepening it into the pulp of the fruit by 3 cm.

We place the blanks with cuttings in a container with soil, lightly moisten the soil and cover the structure with cling film.

If you do everything correctly, then in two or three weeks the rose cuttings in your greenhouse will put out their first roots.
