The answer to the question of whether good grapes can be grown from a seed is yes.

As the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh said, a full-fledged plant can grow from a grape seed, but this process requires a lot of patience.

The fact is that the harvest can only be obtained in 7-8 years.

Bringing grapes grown from seed to fruiting is not an easy task, since only one or two plants out of twenty or thirty may be productive.

But if you use two-year-old grape seedlings for planting, fruiting can begin in 2-3 years.

But not everything is so pessimistic: if you still follow through with your plan, you will end up with healthy planting material free from viral diseases.

By the way, grape hybridization is also carried out from seeds.

To do this, the plant is pollinated manually during the flowering period, thereby creating new varieties and hybrids.

Earlier, the expert told how to feed tomato seedlings so that they are strong.
